• Stays of one night will incur a small cleaning fee.

• A £30 per room non refundable deposit is required to hold your booking.

• Arrival time for bed and breakfast are 1pm till 8.30pm. If you are expecting to arrive outside of these hours, please call ahead so we can be sure someone is available to greet you.

• All bookings must pay in full either prior to or upon arrival.

Bank Holiday Bookings

• Please note, for all bookings falling on a bank holiday, we now require payment in full two weeks prior to arrival

Staying two consecutive weekends Offer  

• If you are staying for two consecutive weekends, you can leave your caravan on its pitch during the week for just £2 per day. Please ask for details upon bookings as this offer has limited availability.

• Midweek OAP Special Offer - 7.30am till 5pm £5.00 per person for two rods
